A fast-paced, group class that focuses on the conditioning aspect of Muay Thai. Class begins with a warmup and escalates to maximum exertion by the end of the hour. This is a fool proof way to get your body into the best shape, whether you're looking for a challenging workout or preparing for a fight. Get a taste of how Ognjen prepares for all of his fights.

MUAY THAI SEMINARS

Ognjen is also available for seminars. Living in Thailand and fighting out of one of the top 10 gyms (Eminent Air Gym) in the country has made him very knowledgeable about the sport. Ognjen is available to help students with technical sparring, developing technique, speed and power. He can answer questions about the judging of a Muay Thai bout.

MUAY THAI GROUP CLASSES

Mon, Wed, Thurs: 6p, 7p

Tues: 5:30p, 6:30 / Sat: 11a

Group classes which focus on Muay Thai, Clinching and Boxing. Class begins with calisthenics followed by drills and or pad work. Classes always end with sparring. These classes are run directly through NJMuayThai.net (visit the link for more information)
